New Castle, PA - January 29, 2007 - RecordFusion, a leading provider of end-to-end records management solutions, has successfully implemented its land records management system in the Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, Recorder of Deeds office. With 750,000 residents, Montgomery County is the third most populated county in the State.

The implementation featured RecordFusion’s full software suite, including cashiering, automated indexing, workflow, web portal, assessment integration, customized reporting, full legacy system data conversion, disaster recovery services, training, and eRecording. RecordFusion quickly converted over 4 million images and 10 years of county index data, a task that can take other companies up to six months.

"We had an extremely short timeline to get our CountyFusion system up and running," said Nancy Becker, Montgomery County’s Recorder of Deeds. "Within six weeks of being awarded a contract, RecordFusion completed our implementation. They met all of our schedules, including a multiplicity of customizations, and we were fully operational the first day of installation. RecordFusion’s staff worked diligently with our team, and they continue to ensure a complete understanding of any enhancements. Their software support is excellent."

RecordFusion also protects the Recorder of Deeds’ office with multiple level data replication. All documents recorded at the office are immediately backed up within the office and at RecordFusion’s New Castle, PA data center facility, ensuring that the county’s data is completely safe and secure. The company recently added eRecording capabilities to the Recorder’s office, which enables constituents to record documents remotely over the Internet.

"I have high expectations, and RecordFusion works diligently to meet, and usually exceed, our requirements," Ms. Becker added. "The RecordFusion staff has given me the confidence to trust that our system always will be operational and that our needs will be met. No matter what, RecordFusion will take care of us."

"Customer satisfaction is our highest priority," said Bill Welge, President of RecordFusion. "Our team worked diligently on this seamless integration so that Montgomery County could experience quick turnaround and the highest level of accuracy in their records."

Montgomery County, located approximately 20 miles west of Philadelphia, records over 1,000 documents per day in its Recorder’s office, and joins a growing list of RecordFusion’s Pennsylvania clients, including Lawrence, Elk, Indiana, and Wyoming counties.
